摘要
针对铁磁性材料损伤产生的磁记忆信号特征,提出了一种基于DSP的二维磁记忆检测平台。该平台以TMS320F28335为控制核心,利用三维磁阻传感器采集复杂环境下的铁磁性材料在应力作用下的微弱漏磁场的法向与切向分量,为建立磁记忆信号与应力集中的关联模型提供技术手段,具有可靠性好、检测精度高等特点。
For the characteristics of the magnetic memory testing signal of ferromagnetic material,a two-dimensional( 2D) magnetic memory testing instrument has been proposed in this paper. The instrument was designed with the core of TMS320F28335,which uses a 3-axis magneto resistive sensor to detect normal and tangential component of leakage magnetic field signal from ferromagnetic material. In the effect of stress with complex environment,the instrument has high reliability and accuracy,which aims to provide a technological method to establish a correlative model with magnetic memory signal and stress concentration.
