摘要
针对自动测试系统微波电缆功率衰减不可控的问题,提出一种微波功率在线测量补偿方法。设计了功率测量装置,在每次测试流程开始前,由自动测试程序控制,测量电缆输出端信号功率,返回模拟电压信号,进而调整微波信号源功率,补偿电缆功率衰减。最后,结合应用实例,对该方法进行了验证与实现。
Aiming at the problem of microwave cable attenuation of automatic test system,an online measurement and compensation method is presented and a power measurement equipment is designed in this paper. Before the test process,the output power is measured at the end of tube,and a voltage is generated to it. Then the power of microwave generator is increased based on the voltage. This method has been proved and realized in this paper.
