摘要
分析步进电机的细分原理,采用单片机和D/A转换技术实现步进电机的多级细分控制,依靠软件控制的灵活性,实现步进细分驱动的高精度、低成本和高效率;简述了单片机和D/A转换的选型和特点,为提高步进电机的控制精度提供了一种可行的硬件实现参考方案。
The subdivision principle of stepping motor is analyzed. The single chip micro-controller and the D / A conversion technology were adopted to realize multilevel subdivision control of stepping motor. It achieves high precision,low cost and high efficiency of subdivision driving by using flexible software control. It briefly introduces the model selection and characteristics of the single chip micro-controller and D / A conversion. It provides a feasible hardware implementation plan on improving stepping motor control precision.
