防雷设施检测设备校准装置的应用研究

Research on the Calibrating Application of Anti-thunder Inspection System

通过对接地电阻测试仪、等电位连接测试仪、电涌保护器安全巡检仪等防雷设施检测设备的工作原理及技术指标进行分析,研究防雷检测设备的校准鉴定方法,研制一套综合校准装置。可实现交流标准源输出、峰值电压测量、泄漏电流测量和精密电阻输出等功能,满足防雷设施检测设备的溯源要求,确保防雷检测设备的量值准确可靠,使防雷检测工作在国防和社会经济建设中发挥更大的作用。同时,该装置能大幅度地提高工作效率,使量值传递准确可靠,数据处理规范一致,维修检测迅速方便,具有较强的功能扩展能力。

Through analyzing the working principle and the technical index of anti-thunder inspection equipment such as earth resistance testers,equipotential bonding testers,the safety inspection instruments of the surge protective device,it studies the calibration and identification method of anti-thunder inspection system in this paper. The synthesis calibration system is developed,which realizes many functions such as AC standard source output,peak voltage measurement,leakage current measurement,precision resistance output and etc. The synthesis calibration system meets the requirement for tracing the antithunder inspection equipment. It ensures its accuracy and reliability,which makes the anti-thunder inspection play a more important role in national defense and social economy construction. Moreover,the system improves work efficiency drastically,and makes the quantity transmission accurate and reliable. Besides,it makes data processing normative and consistent,and ensures the repair and inspection rapid and convenient. Furthermore,it has the ability of function extension.
