一种应用于多线程电能表检定装置的高精度电流互感器

摘要 分析了传统电流互感器的误差影响量因素,简介了零磁通互感器运行机理,模拟建设了零磁通电流互感器的数学模型。针对规程对启动电流的要求,创新引导出一种基于零磁通原理的高精度电流互感器,并对该项技术的开发过程进行了详细介绍。在此基础上,重点关注了关口电能表经互感器的电流特性,对零磁通补偿结构进行改进设计,提出了多量程高精度电流互感器,并对改进后的方案都进行了实验。通过对数据的分析,经过改进的零磁通结构,在小电流的误差特性上有较好的表现,可以满足项目技术要求。 This paper analyzes the error sources of conventional current mutual inductor,expounds the working principle of zero flux mutual inductor,and establishes a mathematical model of zero flux current mutual inductor.For the technical requirements for procedures,a high precision current mutual inductor based on zero flux technology is presented,and the development process of zero flux mutual inductor is introduced in detail.On this basis,this paper proposes a high precise multi-range current mutual inductor.By comparing it with the traditional mutual inductor and zero flux current mutual inductor separately,the error comparison test shows that the multi-range high precise current mutual inductor fully meets the requirements of calibration device for the multithreaded gateway electric energy meter.
