摘要 介绍了一种精细化工厂自动进料控制系统设计。该系统基于西门子SIMATIC PCS7系统平台开发,整个系统主要由控制器层、系统网络层、终端网络层三部分构成。控制器层由S7-400控制器通过现场总线层实现对现场仪表的监测和输出控制;系统网络层将所有现场控制器、服务器、工程师站、操作员单站通过系统网络连接到一起,所有服务器、客户机操作员站通过终端网络层连接到一起,客户机操作员站通过服务器获得控制器层的数据并将操作员指令传达到控制器。现场总线层采用ET200M分布式IO系统,下带FM350-2 COUNTER模块和MICRO MOTION高准质量流量计通信,实现罐区原料全自动进料车间反应器,减少了操作人员劳动强度,提高了进料精度,降低了成本。 The design of automatic feeding control system for fine chemical plant is introduced.The system is developed based on Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 platform.The whole system is composed of controller layer,system network layer and terminal network layer.The controller layer is composed of S7-400 controller which monitors and outputs the field instruments through field bus layer.The system network layer makes all the field controllers,servers,engineer station and operator single station connected together through the system network.All servers and client operator stations are connected together through the terminal network layer.The client operator station obtains the controller layer data through the server and transmits operator instructions to the controller.The field bus layer adopts ET200 M distributed IO system with FM350-2 COUNTER module and MICRO MOTION high-precision mass flowmeter communication.It realizes the reactor of automatic feeding workshop for raw materials in tank area,reduces the labour intensity of operators,improves the feeding accuracy and reduces the cost.
