高频超声在四肢肌腱探查吻合术中的应用

摘要 目的观察高频超声在四肢肌腱探查吻合术中的应用。方法随机选择2017年7月至2018年5月我院收治的60例四肢肌腱损伤患者进行临床研究,随机分为两组各30例。对照组患者给予常规四肢肌腱探查吻合术治疗;观察组术式同对照组,术前使用高频超声对患肢肌腱进行探查。比较两组患者的相关手术指标、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、手术切口长度均明显短于对照组,出血量、切口数量均明显少于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组患者的术后恢复优良率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P <0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的36.67%(P <0.05)。结论高频超声能够显著提高四肢肌腱探查吻合术的临床疗效,减少术后并发症,缩短手术时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To observe the application of high frequency ultrasound in tendon exploration and anastomosis of extremities.Methods 60 patients with tendon injuries of extremities admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected for clinical study.All cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tendon exploration and anastomosis of extremities;in addition,the observation group received tendon exploration of affected extremities by high frequency ultrasound before operation.The surgical related indicators,clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and length of the incision in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding and number of incisions were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of postoperative recovery in the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can improve the clinical efficacy of tendon exploration and anastomosis of extremities,reduce postoperative complications and shorten the operation time,which has high clinical application value.
