输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对结石清除率、术后并发症及临床疗效的影响分析

Analysis on the Effects of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Under Ureteroscope on the Stone Clearance Rate, Postoperative Complications and Clinical Efficacy

目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2018年11月我院收治的86例输尿管结石患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组各43例。对照组采用气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组的结石清除率、并发症及治疗效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,结石清除率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者能够有效提高临床治疗效果及结石清除率,减少术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to November2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,all cases were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pneumatic lithotripsy,while the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope.The stone clearance rate,complications and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of observation group was significantly shorter than those of control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and stone clearance rate,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
