恩替卡韦联合柴胡疏肝散对CHB的治疗作用及对患者外周血调节性T细胞水平的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Entecavir Combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder on CHB and the Impact on the Level of Regulatory T Cells in Peripheral Blood of Patients

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合柴胡疏肝散对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的治疗作用及其对外周血调节性T细胞水平的影响。方法 120例CHB患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组采用恩替卡韦胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用柴胡疏肝散治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞频率(Tregs)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和乙肝病毒(HBV)-DNA载量水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05)。治疗后观察组的Tregs、 ALT、 HBV-DNA水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合柴胡疏肝散治疗CHB疗效可靠,有助于改善外周血调节性T细胞水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of entecavir combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and its impact on the level of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood.Methods 120 patients with CHB were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir capsule,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of entecavir capsule.The therapeutic effect and the levels of CD4^+CD25^+regulatory T cell frequency(Tregs),ALT and HBV-DNA were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 88.33%,significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Tregs,ALT and HBV-DNA of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Entecavir combined with Chaihu Shugan powder for the treatment of CHB has reliable therapeutic effect,which can help to improve the level of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood.
