联合检测2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP和UA的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Serum Hcy, hs-CRP and UA in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨联合检测2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy、 hs-CRP和UA的临床意义。方法选取2016年11月至2018年10月我院收治的2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者80例作为A组,同期80例健康体检者作为对照组,测定两组的血清Hcy、 hs-CRP和UA水平。结果 A组的血清Hcy、 hs-CRP和UA水平显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。血清Hcy、 hs-CRP和UA水平随梗死面积的增大而升高,随神经功能损伤程度的加重而升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论联合检测血清Hcy、 hs-CRP和UA水平,对于了解2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者的病情具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and UA in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to October 2018 were selected as group A,and 80 healthy subjects with physical examination at the same period were selected as control group.The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and UA of two groups were detected.Results The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and UA of group A were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and UA increased with the increase of infarct size,and increased with the increase of neurological impairment degree,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and UA is of great significance to understand the disease condition of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.
