跟骨关节内骨折内固定手术后并发症的预防及治疗分析

Analysis on the Prevention and Treatment of Complications After Internal Fixation of Intra-Articular Calcaneal Fracture

目的分析跟骨关节内骨折患者内固定手术后并发症的预防及治疗。方法 64例跟骨关节内骨折患者分为两组各32例,甲组行切开复位+Y型钢板内固定治疗,乙组行L型切口治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,分析并发症预防以及治疗措施。结果甲组的手术优良率为90.63%,显著高于乙组的68.75%(P <0.05)。治疗后,甲组的VAS评分显著低于乙组(P <0.05)。甲组的术后并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于乙组的25.00%(P <0.05)。结论跟骨关节内骨折患者行内固定手术治疗后极易出现并发症,临床应积极采取相关措施预防与治疗并发症,以减轻患者痛苦,促进快速康复。

Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment of complications after internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fracture patients.Methods 64 cases of patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture were divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with open reduction+Y-shaped plate internal fixation,while group B was treated with L-shaped incision.The curative effects of two groups were compared,and the measures for prevention and treatment of complications were analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of surgery in group A was 90.63%,significantly higher than 68.75%in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 6.25%,significantly lower than 25.00%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Complications are easy to occur after internal fixation in patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Clinical measures should be taken to prevent and treat complications,so as to alleviate the suffering of patients and promote rapid recovery.
