网络数据平台在院内压力性损伤护理质量指标管理中的应用

Application of Network Data Platform in Monitoring Indicators of Nursing Quality for Pressure Injury in Hospital

目的研发网络数据平台,及时监控和评价压力性损伤的护理质量。方法 2017年采用网络数据平台对院内预防压力性损伤(简称"压损")护理质量指标进行监测评价,并与实施网络数据平台前的2016年预防压损护理质量管理指标进行比较,总结网络数据平台对预防压损管理的效果。结果运用网络数据平台将护士记录分析数据时间由(175.29±58.0) s缩短为(93.22±47.79) s (P <0.01),护士压损知识测验得分由(73.5±10.74)分提升至(84.27±11.80)分(P <0.01);压损风险评估正确率、动态评估率和预防压损护理措施落实率均显著增加(P <0.01)。结论运用网络数据平台监测护理质量指标可有效节约护士人力和物力成本,提升医院护理质量,保障患者安全。

Objective To develop a network data platform for timely monitoring and evaluating nursing quality of pressure injury.Methods In 2017,the network data platform was used to monitor and evaluate the indicators of quality of pressure injury(short for PI)prevention in hospital,and the nursing quality indicators of PI prevention before and after the promotion of the network data platform in2016-2017 were compared,to summarize the effect of network data platform on PI prevention management.Results The time for recording and analyzing data was shortened from(175.29±58.0)seconds to(93.22±47.79)seconds(P<0.01),the score of nurses’knowledge test towards PI was increased from(73.5±10.74)points to(84.27±11.80)points by using the network data platform(P<0.01),and the correct rate of PI risk assessment,the dynamic rate of assessment and the implementation rate of preventive measures of PI were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusions Using network data platform to monitor nursing quality indicators can effectively save the cost of nursing manpower and material resources,improve the quality of hospital nursing,and ensure patients’safety.
