脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理效果分析

Analysis on the Early Rehabilitation Nursing Effect in Patients with Apoplexy Hemiparalysis

目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理效果。方法选取2016年4月1日至2018年4月1日我院收治的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为两组各20例。两组均给予神经内科规范化治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予早期康复护理,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗1个月与治疗3个月后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组, Barthel指数均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P <0.05)。结论早期康复护理能够有效促进脑卒中偏瘫患者神经功能与日常活动能力的恢复,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with apoplexy hemiparalysis.Methods 40 cases of patients with apoplexy hemiparalysis admitted to our hospital from April 1,2016 to April 1,2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups received neurology standardized treatment;in addition,the control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of regular nursing.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results One month and 3 months after treatment,the NIHSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the Barthel index was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 70.0%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and daily activity ability of patients with apoplexy hemiparalysis,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
