摘要 为实现优化EPC项目价值增值效益,引入虚拟价值链理论信息化改造物质价值链并对EPC工程项目增值特性进行探讨.基于工程项目价值增值,解析了工程项目中虚拟信息的传递缺陷,并构建EPC工程项目传统信息价值链模型.聚焦于BIM技术与EPC工程项目价值增值的联系,以建设项目质量、工期和成本三大控制目标为视角,应用BIM信息技术增强设计采购施工一体化集成优势的并行建设,深度揭示EPC项目价值增值途径,并构建EPC工程项目虚拟价值链优化模型,形成高效有序的价值创造系统,以寻求EPC项目价值增值空间,为实现EPC项目价值增值提供借鉴. In order to optimize the value-added benefit of EPC project,the virtual value chain theory is introduced to transform the material value chain and the value-added characteristics of EPC project are discussed.Based on the value added of engineering projects,the research analyzes the transmission defects of virtual information in engineering projects,and constructs the traditional information value chain model of EPC engineering projects.Focusing on the relationship between BIM technology and the value added of EPC engineering project,from the perspective of the three control objectives of construction project quality,time limit and cost,this paper applies BIM information technology to enhance the concurrent construction of the integrated advantage of design,procurement and construction.It deeply reveals the way of value increment of EPC project.The virtual value chain optimization model of EPC engineering project is constructed to form an efficient and orderly value creation system in order to seek the value increment space of EPC project and provide reference for realizing the value increment of EPC project.
