摘要
设计一种以超低功耗单片机MSP430F149、高压摆率运放THS3091、程控增益运放VCA820、功率运放THS3001为核心的三级多功能程控增益射频功率放大器,由算法实现单片机对程控放大器的控制,通过电源抗干扰模块及级间补偿消除噪声,使系统可以实现在100 kHz^100 MHz频带内对小信号进行有效的放大,增益在0~60 d B范围内可调,并用TI-TIna仿真软件进行仿真测试验证.
A three-stage multi-function programmable gain RF power amplifier was designed,which took ultra-low-power single-chip MSP430 F149,high-voltage slew rate op amp THS3091,program-controlled gain op amp VCA820 and power op amp THS3001 as the core.The amplifier controls the noise through the power supply anti-interference module and inter-stage compensation with single chip microcomputer,so that the system can effectively amplify small signals in the 100 kHz^100 MHz frequency band,and the gain can be adjusted within the range of 0~60 dB.Simulation tests were performed using the aid of TI-TIna simulation software.
