摘要
为了解国内外手机App应用的现状、特点及未来趋势,通过定量定性相结合的数据收集方法,设计出App用户黏性的影响因素问卷,用SPSS软件分析影响App用户黏性的影响因素.结果表明:持续使用意愿对手机App用户黏性的影响最直接,也是影响程度最大的一个因素;满意度、相容性、人际影响通过影响持续使用意愿而影响用户黏性;期望确认度、感知趣味性通过影响满意度来影响持续使用意愿,从而影响用户黏性;感知有用性、感知易用性对用户满意度没有显著影响.归纳得到手机App用户黏性的影响因素概念模型,据此为App开发商提出了参考性建议.
In order to understand the status quo,characteristics and future trends of mobile App applications at home and abroad,through the quantitative and qualitative data collection methods,the questionnaires of the influencing factors of App users viscosities were designed,and the influencing factors affecting the stickiness of App users were analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that the willingness to continue to use has the most direct impact on the stickiness of mobile App users,and it is also the most influential factor.Satisfaction,compatibility and interpersonal influence affect user stickiness by affecting the willingness to continue to use;expectation confirmation and perception interest affects user retention by affecting satisfaction,which affects user stickiness;perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have no significant impact on user satisfaction.The concept model of the factors influencing the stickiness of mobile App users is summarized,and some reference suggestions are put forward for App developers.
