An Analyze of the Rural-land Transaction System—A New Method to the Research of Rural-land Transformation

以系统论为理论基础 ,通过对农地流转涉及的各要素相互关系的剖析 ,分析了农地系统的组成与结构 ,认为该系统是一种多等级序列的开放系统 ,具有信息传输和农地资源配置两大功能 ,并结合我国农地流转系统构建过程中存在的问题 。

The rural-land transaction system is an open system which has its special composition and framework. And just because of the particularity of the system's composition and framework, the rural-land transformation system has formed its special functions. The main functions of rural-land transaction are the information-transmission and the rural-land disposing. In China, there are some defects in the composition and framework of the rural-land transaction system. Some effective measures have been suggested in the end of this paper.
