摘要
以提高散打基本动作、基本技术教学质量为目的 ,对条件攻防练习在散打教学中运用的原则和方法进行了论述 ,提出了条件攻防练习的要求 。
The paper demonstrates the principles and approaches of conditional assault-defense in Sanda teaching for improvement of basic action and technology of Sanda;and put forward the forms of organization and principles of teachings in conditional assault-defense.
