摘要
为建立加油站员工收入分配的科学体系,就实行吨油费用承包经营联量计酬办法中,任务量的核算提出建议:在核定加油站基础量后,通过人均劳动强度系数、变动系数、综合管理系数来调整任务量,把影响加油站销量的诸多因素纳入到任务量的核定体系中,使分配更趋公平合理,进一步提高员工积极性。
Remuneration of oil suppliers is paid according to oil volume sold as well as cost per ton oil. Determined basic target can be adjusted by factors affecting targets, such as per capita labor intensity, variable coefficient and total management coefficient. The targets become rational through the adjustment.
