我国于2001年12月11日正式加入世界贸易组织(WTO),成为世界贸易组织的第143个成员。入世后,随着国内金融市场的全面开放和外资金融机构大量进入,我国商业银行将直接面对来自外资银行的激烈竞争。提高商业银行竞争力是发展的关键。

China formally entered WTO and become the 143rd member of WTO in December 11th, 2001. After entering WTO, the domestic financial market will directly be opened and many foreign financial institutions have came into China. The domestic banks will directly face the fierce competition of foreign banks.
