Regarding the 'trade'as principal due,paper aims at analyzing and concluding the bourgeois image in Russian critical realistic literature. Comparing with the succession image of feudal nobles, its universality and individuality can be obtained, thereby explicating the due position of the succession image of bourgeois in Russian realistic literature and supporting a lesson for the further research in Russian literature.
