按照党的十八大、十八届三中、四中全会及习近平同志系列讲话精神和北京市有关推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣要求,海淀区坚持"人文北京特色海淀"发展理念,以区域历史文化资源中最负盛名的曹雪芹红楼梦文化、皇家园林文化、纳兰性德文化、中法交流文化为抓手,结合海淀区教育大区、科技大区固有优势,多种举措并施,聚集资源,聚合交流,聚焦品牌,聚变效果,努力打造符合时代要求的区域特色历史文化传承创新体系,有力推动了海淀历史文化资源的保护、传承、再造与传播。

According to principles of the 18th CPC National Congress, according to the Third and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, according to Xi Jinping's series of speech, and according to the Beijing government's demand of promoting the culture of socialism to be prosperous and developed, the government of Hidian District persists the idea of development of 'Cultural Beijing, Characteristics Haidian'.
