万古传物 百年树人——浅谈文物修复人才现状及教育

Aeon Heritage and a Hundred Years to Educate the People——The Study on the Current Situation and Education of Heritage Restoration Staff

随着社会的发展与科技的进步,各行各业都在向专业化迈进,文物修复作为一项事关国家文化财产安全的职业已经越来越受到社会的关注,与文物修复相关的检测分析技术、材料技术、信息采集技术等都有了较大的发展,相关人才队伍也在不断壮大,学科建设稳步向前。但文物修复技术本身,由于其以"手工"操作为主的职业背景,长久以来职业待遇低下,人才队伍建设缓慢,始终处于缺乏状态。从文物修复工作的特性、文物修复人员的生存现状及文物修复人才培养的历程及现状,阐述了文物修复人才队伍建设中面临的问题,并以此为基础对改善文物修复人员职业待遇、促进人才队伍建设提出建议。

With the development of society and progress of science and technology, specialization has become a distinguishing feature in all walks of life. As a profession that is concerned with national cultural properties, the cultural heritage conservation has attracted more attention than ever. The related technology in detection and analysis, materials science, and information collection has made rapid progress in recent years; the professional team is continuously growing. However, due to the traditional disdain for ' hand work, ' the treatment of the conservator is still poor and inadequate; the field is facing a talent crisis.Through the expatiation of the characters of the conservation work, the living condition of conservators,and the current situations of professional training, this essay will discuss about the issues on the professional team of the cultural heritage conservation and then make several suggestions on the improvement of the treatment of conservators and the talents team cultivation.
