摘要 京西稻是以地域命名的水稻品种,是指清代时期在北京西北郊的玉泉山静明园、清漪园及其周边培育种植的水稻,其突出特点是:品质佳、食味好。新中国成立后,逐渐向外发展。在稻的分类上,其所使用的栽培品种,属于粳稻亚种,水稻品种。京西稻是康熙、雍正、乾隆三代皇帝经过130多年的经营,而形成的一个享誉国内外的著名品种,是清代农耕文化的具体体现,具有丰厚的文化底蕴。对于京西稻的传承,目前是北京市海淀区非物质文化遗产,并获农业部中国地理标志农产品地标及入选农业遗产名录,是北京地区传统名优农产品之一。 Jingxi rice is a district name, which had been planted in the Jingming park, Qingyi Park of northwestern suburbs of Beijing Yuquan mountain and its surroundings since the Qing Dynasty. The distinguished features are high quality and perfect taste. It has been spread to planted to other regions, expanding steadily after the founding of new China. The cultivated varieties are catalogued as japonica rice subspecies. Jingxi rice has gone through the period of Kangxi, Yongzheng, Qianlong three emperors. It had been developed extensively and profoundly for more than 130 years. It became a prestigious famous brand honored both at home and abroad. It's a concrete exhibited agricultural civilization of Qing Dynasty, with a long history and strong culture. To inherit the legacy of Jingxi rice, it had been chosen as intangible cultural heritage of Haidian District, Beijing, and obtained logged in the catalogue of China geographical typical agriculture product landmark and agriculture heritage by the ministry of agriculture of the people's republic of China, and it is one of the famous traditional agricultural products of Beijing.
