Agricultural Heritage between Tradition and Contemporaneity

每一项农业遗产本身应具有长久的发展脉络,并且是与当地的传统习俗、生存方式、文化体系、自然环境共同延续下来的。农业遗产其本身是传统的,甚至可能是非常古老的,它们包含着人对土地、对大自然、对宇宙一以贯之的看法,包含着其自身建立起来的知识体系、审美追求、生活态度,以及人类与所处环境建立起来的长久稳定的关系。同时,从价值标准和制度体系看,农业遗产是当代人类普遍价值观的产物。它依靠当代的法律及其规则,按照当代科技的思维进行判断,用当代行政管理手段加以保护。由此,农业遗产的传统性和当代性是相辅相生的,传统性和当代性融为一体,它们就构成了当代语境下的具有公共性质的关于"遗产"的独立概念和保护体系^(1)。

Every agricultural heritage has itself long developing venation, and continues down with local traditional customs, living style, cultural system, natural environment and so on. Agricultural heritage itself may be very old. That contains a consistent view of people to land, to nature, to the universe. There is a stable relationship building with the environment. That is the tradition of agricultural heritage. By the value standard and the institutional system review, agricultural heritage is the product of contemporary universal human values. It relies on law and rules, and shall be carried out in accordance with the thinking of modern science and technology. It's necessary protecting agricultural heritage with modern means. These are the embodiment of the contemporaneity of agricultural heritage. The balance and fusion between tradition and contemporaneity of agricultural heritage are requisite.
