通过梳理西方各个时期不同的艺术文化遗产保护与修复的态度和方法,概括了现代国际主流艺术文化遗产保护修复理论的形成与发展脉络,指出了当前文化艺术遗产保护者及修复者面临的挑战,并提出了几点建议,以期引起中国的文化艺术遗产保护者及修复者的思考和重视。

This essay discusses the formation and development of contemporary international mainstream conservation and restoration theory of artistic and cultural heritage through going over different attitudes and approaches of conservation and restoration in different periods in the west, and points out the challenge and problems faced by conservators and restorers of artistic and cultural heritage. Furthermore, it puts forward several suggestions to the conservators and restorers in our country in the hope of initiating some reflections on the conservation and restoration, in order to better apply into the practice of that field.
