在总结国际遗产旅游资源管理先进经验的基础上,结合中国现状,提出基于自然与文化解决方案的遗产旅游资源管理战略:遗产旅游资源管理应以自然遗产资源和文化遗产资源为基础,以公益导向为目标,以智能、高效和活化技术为手段,建立个人发展与遗产保护协同发展、政府分区级评估和动态监管、利益相关者多方参与的遗产旅游资源战略管理体系。从而实现在保护遗产基础上的合理利用,发挥自然和文化遗产的最大价值。

Based on the present situation of China, this paper summarizes the advanced experience of international heritage tourism resource management and puts forward an integrated heritage tourism resource management strategy based on natural and cultural solutions: Heritage tourism resource management should be based on the natural and cultural heritage resources. Guided by the goal of public welfare and by means of intelligent, efficient and activate technology, it means to establish a strategic management system where personal development and heritage protection are coordinated, government uses classified evaluation and dynamic regulation, and multi-stakeholders participate. Through this system, we can realize the reasonable use of heritage tourism resources based on the protection of heritage and achieve the great value of natural and cultural heritage.
