新经验与新起点——“二十四节气”成功申遗与中华优秀传统文化传播研究

New Experience and New Starting Point——Study on the Twenty-Four Solar Terms Successfully Inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity with the Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture Spread

中国人通过观察太阳周年运动来认知一年中的时令、气候、物候等方面变化规律,形成了古老独特的时间认知体系,被称为"二十四节气",这一时间认知体系于2016年12月正式入选联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录,体现出国际社会对其作为中国传统的时间制度所发挥的文化影响的认同与推广。文章在知识社会学的框架内探寻以"二十四节气"为代表的对中华优秀传统文化,在当前社会条件下如何推广与传播,进而在学理层面上为弘扬中华优秀传统文化、为中华优秀传统文化的传播提供一些新经验和新途径。

The Twenty-Four Solar Terms is the one that Chinese people get the knowledge from ancient and unique time cognitive system through observation of the sun's annual motion and it successfully inscribed on the UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December, 2016, which not only embodies the international society that paid the warm tribute to the excellent Chinese traditional culture, but also will further enhance the excellent Chinese traditional culture's spread in the modern context. This article studies the spread of the Twenty-Four Solar Terms under the framework of sociology of scientific knowledge and explores the regularity and essence of the ancient Chinese wisdom advancing together with the social and pop-culture. And on the basis, it explores the logical connections and knowledge structure evolution rule between the excellent Chinese traditional culture and the reality of China and thus attempts to provide the new experiences and new path for the inheritance of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
