近几年我国的考古事业有了很大发展,同时也出现了很多的遗址类博物馆,数目越来越多。对此从国家到地方相关部门都采取了行动,将文物保护作为主要任务,同时还注重公益教育和旅游经济的发展。文章主要是站在博物馆管方的视角,对博物馆文物管理和保护工作的具体管理措施和文物利用进行了研究和分析。

In recent years, the archaeological cause of our country has been greatly developed. At the same time, there have been a lot of ruins museums, the number of which is more and more. For this reason, some cultural related departments and museum managers, even local governments, took actions to protect cultural relics as the main task, followed by public interest education and tourism economic development. This article is mainly based on the perspective of museum management. The management measures and utilization of cultural relics in museum's cultural relics management and protection are studied and analyzed.
