城市边缘区传统村落发展模式新探——以渭南市莲湖村为例

The Study on Development Pattern of Traditional Village in Urban Fringe Areas——Taking Lianhu Village in Weinan City as an Example

中国传统村落是历史文化的积淀和人地作用关系的综合体现,包含着深刻的文化内涵。近年来,城市化进程不断加快,城市边缘区传统村落在城市空间外延扩展的过程中不可避免地遭到破坏,却也因此带来了发展的机遇,如何做到"扬长补短"、平衡发展是目前面临的迫切问题。渭南市富平县莲湖村是典型的城市边缘区传统村落,内含丰富的物质及非物质文化遗存,对它的研究极具典型性与必要性。在此过程中,首先要明晰莲湖村的发展优势及发展困难,结合其特殊的文化内涵,基于政府扶持与政策支持,探寻出一条边缘区传统村落复兴、发展的路径,以求实现社会、文化、经济、环境效益的和谐统一。

Traditional Chinese village performs as a comprehensive reflection of the accumulation of history and culture, and the relationship between people and land, which contains profound cultural connotations. In recent years, with the accelerating urbanization process,traditional villages in urban fringe areas are inevitably damaged in the process of urban spatial extension, but they also bring opportunities for development. Lianhu village, a typical traditional village in the urban fringe area, which contains rich tangible and intangible cultural relics, is a typical and necessary site for researching. In this process, we must clarify the developmental advantages and difficulties of Lianhu village firstly, and combine its special cultural connotation based on government and policy support, to find out the path of the rejuvenation and development of traditional villages in the fringe area, which is in order to realize the harmony between social and cultural and the unity of economic and environmental benefits.
