外伤后破伤风预防现状临床分析

Clinical analysis of prevention status of post-traumatic tetanus

目的了解当前郑州市外伤后破伤风预防用药的现状。方法对参加郑州市急救医师复训会议的执业医师312人,通过自行设计的调查问卷,了解郑州市目前外伤后破伤风预防用药的现状,以及对《中国破伤风免疫预防专家共识》的知晓率。结果医师对外伤后破伤风预防用药的指征比较宽,无指征用药较多,对破伤风类毒素、抗毒素、免疫球蛋白应用后引起的主动或者是被动免疫大部分医师不清楚;对专家共识的发布绝大多数人不知晓。结论外伤后破伤风的预防用药是急诊科医师日常工作一项重要内容,目前郑州市临床实际应用的现状不容乐观,需要急诊医师进一步加强学习,更新知识,更好地为患者服务。

【Objective】To investigate the current status of prophylactic drug use in Zhengzhou after traumatic tetanus.【Methods】Totally 312 practitioners participated in the Zhengzhou Emergency Physician Rehabilitation Conference were surveyed,and self-designed questionnaires were used to understand the current situation of Zhengzhou tetanus prophylaxis,as well as the'China tetanus immunization experts consensus'awareness rate.【Results】The indications used by the physicians for the prevention of postoperative tetanus was wide,there were many medications without indication,the active or passive immunity caused by tetanus toxoid,antitoxin and immunoglobulin were not clear;most people don’t know the release of the expert consensus.【Conclusion】The prophylactic use of tetanus after traumatic injury is an important part of the daily work of the emergency physician,the present situation of its clinical application in Zhengzhou is not optimistic,it needs the emergency physician to further strengthen learning,update knowledge and better serve the patients.
