【Objective】To analyze the differences of group B streptococcus(GBS)germ carrying and pregnancy outcomes in women at 35-37 weeks of pregnancy.【Methods】Totally 162 cases of pregnant women who entered our hospital for physical examinations and productions from January 2018 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the detection results of GBS,they were divided into germ carrying group(42 cases)and normal group(120 cases). The differences in maternal delivery modes and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. The incidence rates of adverse events in neonates were compared between the two groups.【Results】The spontaneous delivery rate in germ carrying group was significantly lower than that in normal group(35.71%vs.62.50%)(P<0.05),and the forceps delivery rate was significantly higher than that in normal group(16.67%vs.2.50%)(P<0.05).The proportions of premature rupture of membranes and puerperal infection in germ carrying group were significantly higher than those in normal group(P>0.05).The incidence rates of pneumonia, sepsis, asphyxia and jaundice in neonates in germ carrying group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).【Conclusions】The rate of GBS germ carrying is 25.93%among women at 35-37 weeks of pregnancy, the proportion of forceps delivery is high in germ carrying pregnant women, and the possibility of adverse pregnancy outcomes increases in these pregnant women and neonates.
