曲美他嗪对治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者心功能的影响

Effect of trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨曲美他嗪对治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者心功能的影响。方法将该院2017年1‐6月收治的70例冠心病合并糖尿病的患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服曲美他嗪治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月。3个月后比较心功能恢复情况、心绞痛发作频率以及血糖水平等指标。结果观察组、对照组的心功能恢复的总有效率分别为91.43%、71.43%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后在心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白方面,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论曲美他嗪不仅能够改善冠心病合并糖尿病患者的心绞痛,促进心功能恢复,还能降低血糖水平。

【Objective】To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.【Methods】Seventy patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with oral trimetazidine based on routine treatment.The two groups were treated for 3 months continuously.After 3 months,the recovery of cardiac function,the frequency of angina pectoris,and the level of blood sugar were compared.【Results】The total effective rate of cardiac function recovery in the observation group and the control group was 91.43%and 71.43%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,duration of angina pectoris attacks,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Trimetazidine can not only improve angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,promote cardiac function recovery,but also reduce blood sugar levels.
