玻璃离子水门汀与复合树脂修复乳磨牙牙体缺损的近远期疗效观察

Near and long term effect of glass ionomer cement and composite resin on restoration of deciduous molar tooth defects

目的研究比较玻璃离子水门汀与复合树脂修复乳磨牙牙体缺损的近远期疗效。方法选择该院2016年7月‐2018年6月收治的乳磨牙牙体缺损患儿78例,采用数字表法将之随机分为两组,包括对照组39例及观察组39例,对照组给予玻璃离子水门汀治疗,观察组给予复合树脂治疗,对两组近远期疗效进行比较观察。结果观察组修复成功率为97.44%,与对照组94.87%比较无明显差异(P>0.05);经过两年随访复查,观察组疗效比对照组明显更高(P <0.05),观察组治疗后继发龋发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床采用复合树脂修复乳磨牙牙体缺损的近期疗效和玻璃离子水门汀相近,但复合树脂具有更佳的远期疗效,还可降低继发龋发生率,值得推广。

【Objective】To compare the near and long term effect of glass ionomer cement and composite resin on restoration of molar defects.【Methods】Seventy-eight children with deciduous molar tooth defects treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random digital table method, including 39 cases in the control group and39 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with glass ionomer cement. The observation group was treated with composite resin, and the near and long term effect of the two groups was compared.【Results】The success rate of repair in the observation group was 97.44%, which was not significantly different from 94.87% in the control group(P >0.05). After 2 years of follow-up reexamination, the effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of subsequent caries in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】The short term effect of composite resin is equivalent to that of glass ionomer cement, but the long-term effect of composite resin is better, and it can also reduce the incidence of secondary caries. It is worth popularizing.
