疱疹病毒抗体检测在生殖器疱疹诊断中的临床研究

Clinical research of herpesvirus antibody detection in diagnosis of genital herpes

目的探讨疱疹病毒抗体检测在生殖器疱疹诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2016年12月-2018年6月纳入的100例疑似生殖器疱疹患者作为观察组行酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),另选取同时间段100例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组对象的检测结果。结果观察组患者HSV-ⅠIgM、HSV-ⅠIgG的检出率分别为7.00%、38.00%,对照组HSV-ⅠIgM、HSV-ⅠIgG的检出率分别为1.00%、14.00%;观察组HSV-ⅡIgM、HSV-ⅡIgG的检出率分别为14.00%、48.00%,对照组HSV-ⅡIgM、HSV-ⅡIgG的检出率分别为3.00%、12.00%;各项数据组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组42例男性对象中HSV-ⅠIgM、HSV-ⅠIgG的检出率分别为7.14%、30.95%,HSV-ⅡIgM、HSV-ⅡIgG的检出率分别为9.52%、28.57%; 58例女性对象中HSV-ⅠIgM、HSV-ⅠIgG的检出率分别为6.90%、43.10%,HSV-ⅡIgM、HSV-ⅡIgG的检出率分别为18.97%、60.34%;各项指标中仅HSV-ⅡIgG存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论疱疹病毒抗体检测在疑似生殖器疱疹患者的诊断中具有较好的应用价值,可在临床实践中给予应用。

【Objective】 To probe into the clinical values of herpesvirus antibody detection in diagnosis of genital herpes.【Methods】 Data of 100 cases of suspected genital herpes that were included from December 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group,and they underwent the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),other 100 cases of health examination data during the same period were selected as the control group. Then, the detection results of two groups were compared.【Results】 The statistical results showed that the detection rates of HSV-Ⅰ IgM and HSV-Ⅰ IgG in the observation group were 7%and 38% respectively. The detection rates of HSV-Ⅰ IgM and HSV-Ⅰ IgG in the control group were 1% and 14% respectively. The detection rates of HSV-Ⅱ IgM and HSV-Ⅱ IgG in the observation group were 14% and 48% respectively. The detection rates of HSV-Ⅱ IgM and HSV-Ⅱ IgG in control group were 3% and 12% respectively. The data between groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). The detection rates of HSV-Ⅰ IgM and HSV-Ⅰ IgG in the observation group of 42 cases of male were 7.14% and 30.95%respectively, and the detection rates of HSV-Ⅱ IgM and HSV-Ⅱ IgG were 9.52% and 28.57% respectively. The detection rates of HSV-Ⅰ IgM and HSV-Ⅰ IgG of 58 cases of female subjects were 6.90% and 43.10% respectively, the detection rates of HSV-Ⅱ IgM and HSV-Ⅱ IgG were 18.97% and 60.34% respectively. There was statistical difference in HSV-Ⅱ IgG among each indexes(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 The detection of herpesvirus antibody has good application value in diagnosis of suspected genital herpes,which can be applied in clinical practice.
