序贯性多模式血液净化治疗脓毒血症患者效果分析

Sequential multi modalities blood purification for sepsis patients

目的探讨应用序贯性多模式血液净化治疗脓毒血症患者的效果分析。方法选取2017年2月‐2018年2月进入该院产生脓毒血症的患者72例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各36例。两组均给予患者常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上再进行序贯性多模式血液净化治疗。对比观察两组患者在进行治疗后各项指标的的变化。结果经过序贯性多模式血液净化治疗的患者各项指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P?<0.05)。结论序贯性多模式血液净化治疗可以显著改善脓毒血症患者的状况,是治疗脓毒血症患者的有效手段,值得在临床治疗脓毒血症上得以推广和使用。

【Objective】To explore the effect of sequential multi modalities blood purification in the treatment of sepsis patients.【Methods】Seventy-two patients with sepsis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment,while the observation group was given sequential multimodal blood purification treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of the indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.【Results】After sequential multi-modal blood purification treatment,the improvement of various indicators of patients were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Sequential multi-mode blood purification therapy can significantly improve the status of patients with sepsis,it is an effective means of treatment for sepsis patients,and is worth promoting and using in clinical treatment of sepsis.
