Research on Supply Chain Financing Mode Selection with Supply Risk

在单供应商和单零售商组成的二级供应链中,零售商面临资金约束,有保兑仓融资和延迟支付融资两种途径完成订货货款的交付,在考虑供应风险时,本文研究零售商对融资模式的选择问题。得知在这两种融资途径下,若供应比率期望值在临界值以下,供应商为了协调好供应链状态,多倾向于设置比较恰当的批发价格;因自有营运资金比率(即零售商与供应商的比率)表现为波动性特征,通常在供应风险波动的情况下,供应商为保证自身利润的最大化,可向零售商提供适宜的融资模式。

In a supplier-retailer supply chain,the retailer faces capital constraints,and there are two ways to complete order payment: confirmed warehouse financing and delayed payment financing. This paper studies retailer’s financing mode selection decision when considering the supply risk. It shows that,under these two financing approaches,if the expected value of supply ratio is below the threshold value,the supplier tends to decide appropriate wholesale prices in order to coordinate the supply chain. Because the self-owned working capital ratio( the ratio between retailer and supplier) is volatility,a supplier will provide appropriate financing mode to retailer to ensure the maximization of their own profits.
