摘要
在工业自动化生产过程中,数字图像识别技术的利用是实现产品质量监控和故障诊断的最佳方法之一。本文讨论了图像获取的方法,对图像获取的硬件作了一些探讨。在硬件设计过程中,比较了固体图像传感器CCD和CMOS两种器件,并最终选用了后者;在传输方面使用了当前比较流行的USB总线技术,使用符合USB2.0协议的芯片可以保证传输的速度。
In the process of industrial automation, the application of the technology of digital processing and recognition is one of the best methods to realize quality supervision and failure diagnosis. The paper discusses the methods on how to gain images and hardware realization. In the process of designing hardware, the paper compares CCD with CMOS and eventually selects the later one. To ensure the speed of image transmission, the paper adopts EZ-USB FX2, which is a control chip according with the protocol of USB2.0.
