民办高职院校科研工作的现状与对策

The Status Quo and Its Tactics of Scientific Research in Non-governmental Higher Vocational Colleges

随着民办高等教育的发展,科研工作开始受到重视,但多数民办高职院校的科研工作还处于起步阶段或没有起步,呈现出承担课题少、科研经费少、发表成果少、科研制度不健全、科研设施不健全、科研力量弱等特点。导致民办高职院校科研工作现状的原因是多方面的,主要是政府和学校本身重视不够,定位不准,现有人事管理和考核、薪酬制度限制,师资队伍结构不合理等因素综合作用的结果,应从政府、学校和教职工三个方面入手进行改革和调整,提高民办高职院校的科研能力和学术水平。

With the development of non-governmental higher education, scientific research begins to get attention. However, most research work in non-governmental vocational colleges are just at the initial stage or even not so,which shows several features,such as the insufficiency of assumption topics,funds of scientific research and published achievements,inadequacy in research system,research facilities and weakness of research strength. The reasons are caused by lots of aspects,mainly because of the inadequate attention from government and schools themselves, inaccurate position, the current limitation in human management, appraisal, salary system,and unreasonable teaching structure, which is actually a comprehensive factor. We are to reform and regulate starting from government,schools and teaching staff in order to improve the ability for scientific research and the academic level in non-governmental higher vocational colleges.
