近年部分民办中小学因财务危机陷入倒闭,甚至引发了社会问题。民办中小学的财务危机与学校内部问题有关,更多的是外部环境特别是生源市场竞争激烈、生源下降引起的,应从规范生源市场、加强行政监管和民办学校的财产资金流向监控、理顺民办学校内部管理等方面入手,建立预警机制,提前防范。

In recent years, some non-governmental high schools and elementary ones went bankrupt because of the finance crises, some even arose social problems. Parts of the financial crises were caused by the inner problems of the school themselves, but more were related to the outer circumstances, especially the furious competition and the decline of the students coming market.
