摘要
机立窑水泥煅烧过程是一类非线性、多变量、大滞后及强干扰的复杂系统,所以难测、难控、难于获得确定的教学模型。本系统把预加水成球和熟料煅烧作为控制的重点,从系统设计机型选择、控制算法等方面进行优化,将预加水成球和熟料煅烧融为一体共用一台工业控制机进行有效的控制。控制算法采用智能模糊控制,在过程和相关性显著变化的情况下,仍能很好地进行控制,使得立窑煅烧过程的控制性能不断完善和提高。
The process of the cement calcinations control system of mechanism shaft kiln is a sort of nonlinear, complex system with many variables, great lag and strong interference. Therefore, it is difficult to survey and control for getting the established teaching mode. This system takes pre-applied water nodulizing and clinker calcinations as the focus, optimizes from the selection of machine type and control algorithms and combines pre-applied water nodulizing and clinker together to use one industrial control aircraft to control effectively. The control algorithms applies intelligent fuzzy control and can be well operated under apparently changing in process and relevance, which makes the calcinations process continuously enhancing and improving.
