在"十五"期间我国高等教育取得巨大成就的背景下,我国高等职业教育得到了迅速的发展,但仍存在一些问题。因此要保证人才培养质量,就必须加强内涵建设;同时应在指导思想、定位、人才培养模式、协调关系、创设外部环境等方面采取措施促进我国高等职业教育稳步、可持续健康发展。

On the background of the great achievements that higher education made in our country during the Tenth Five-Year Plan.The higher vocational education in our country developed rapidly,but there are still some problems. The connotation construction mustbe strengthened to ensure the talents training. The measures to promote the stable and sustainable development of the higher vocationaleducation are be taken, such as guide ideologies, orientation, the models of talents training, the harmonious relation, the creation of theouter enviromnent.
