摘要
班集体作为院校教学活动的基本单位,是学生校园生活的基本组织,对学生健康全面的发展以及完成教育和教学的各项任务起着举足轻重的作用。而建设良好的班集体的关键环节就是班级凝聚力形成。在这一过程中,班主任、班委都起着十分重要的作用。
As the basic unit of the college and the collective organization of the students, the class is playing an important role in completing the teaching and studying. To form the cohesion of the class is the key to the class building. During the process, the head teacher, the class committee and the college leaders are acting indispensable roles.
