Research on the Relationship between Average Friction Coefficient and Contact Press on Metal Plastic Forming

本文探讨了金属材料塑性成形的摩擦特点,指出目前生产中测量的摩擦系数实际是"平均摩擦系数"。此"平均摩擦系数"与物理学采用的库伦摩擦理论中的摩擦系数概念不同。并试验验证了"平均摩擦系数"与接触压力的关系。

In this paper,the feature of metal material reciprocal rubbing is discussed,and it also points out that the Friction Coefficient in real producing process is equal to the Average Friction coefficient which shows difference from the Coulomb theory.Furthermore,the relationship between the Average friction coefficient and contact press is also verified in our text.
