本文在介绍两种不同的变电站自动化系统通信协议系列标准的基础上,主要对IEC61850标准和当前在变电站内部通信广泛使用的IEC60870-5-103规约进行了信息建模、通信模型、自描述、内容涵盖范围不同等方面的比较,说明了两种不同标准各自的特点。

This article introduces two different substation automation system respectively according to communication protocol IEC60870-5-103 and IEC61850. It compares IEC61850 standard with the widely used IEC60870-5-103 protocol from aspect of information modeling, communication model, self-description, isolation of data and services, indicating the different characteristics of these two standards.
