摘要
当前,劳动关系在劳动合同、工资收入和社会保险等方面存在较多的问题。为构建和谐劳动关系、促进企业发展,本文提出了加强劳动合同管理、深化企业工资收入分配制度改革和加强社会保险工作等措施。
Currently, there has arisen a lot of problems in labor relations, such as labor contract, wages reward,social insurance and etc. To build harmonious labor relation and promote enterprise development, this paper puts forward measures in enforcement of labor contract law, profound reform of distribution system of wages reward and enhancement of social insurance.
