摘要
幼儿英语教师的素质是指教师在完成幼儿英语教学任务的过程中自身应具备的条件和能力,它包括扎实的语言基础、幼教的相关理论和专业技能、英语教学法尤其是幼儿英语教学法以及富有感染力的性格等几个方面。
The quality of English teachers for children refers to ability and competence which the English teachers should possess in the procedure of fulfilling teaching tasks.It includes the profound language basis,relative theories of children education and professional skills,English teaching methodology,especially English teaching methodology for children and character of infectivity.
