高职院校学生创新能力培养的研究与实践

在科学技术突飞猛进的当代,适应"创新型国家"战略的要求,高职院校培养学生的创新能力具有极为重要的意义。受传统思想的影响,高职院校目前在培养学生的创新能力方面存在明显的不足。从职业教育的本质属性入手,高职院校应在学生个性发展的基础上,通过改革和落实教育教学目标、课程体系、教学方法、教学手段和教学考核办法,营造鼓励创新的校园文化氛围来促进学生创新精神和创新能力的形成。山东英才学院的实践提供了有益的经验。

According to the strategic requirement for"a Creative Nation", it is of significance for vocational college students to develop their creativity today while science and technology are ever changing and advancing rapidly. However, influenced by the traditional concept, the higher vocational colleges failed to pay due attention to how to develop student’s creativity. They should create a good campus atmosphere in which students are encouraged to form and develop their habits of creativity by reforming and implementing teaching objectives, curriculum structures, teaching methods, teaching devices and teaching evaluations from aspect of the nature of vocational education. Through its years’ practice, Shandong Yingcai University has obtained some valuable experience in this respect.
