摘要
本文针对高技能零售人才总量不足的行业现状,在分析零售业人才能力结构的基础上,提出采用模块训练模式和目标任务驱动模式相结合的方法培养高职学生的零售管理技能,强调把职业道德培训放于同等重要的位置。为此,需要建设实训基地和教师队伍两重保障。
With regard to shortage of highly-skilled retail talents, this paper proposes to combine the block-training model and target-driven model together for developing the retail management skill of vocational college students based on an analysis of ability frame of retail talents. It puts equal stress on training student’s vocational ethics. It requires that the practical base and a faculty team with high quality should be established to achieve this goal.
