数控仿真软件在高职院校数控教学中的应用研究

Applied Research of CNC Simulation Software in the CNC Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges

随着以数控技术为代表的现代加工技术的广泛应用,数控技术人才的培养引起了各高校的重视。但由于资金投入、师资条件等多方因素的制约,目前高职院校对数控编程、操作和维修人才的培养方式并不能满足社会发展的需要。因此,探索和尝试新的教学方法成为高职数控教学的重点。本文通过对教学过程中数控仿真软件的认识和实践,结合山东英才学院的实际情况,提出了理论、仿真和实操相结合的数控教学方法,并对仿真软件在高职院校数控教学中的作用进行了探讨。

With the wide application of CNC technology,cultivation of CNC technicians has drawn the attention of higher vocational colleges.However,shortage of capital and teachers restrains the development of CNC talents’ cultivation in vocational colleges and the current cultivation mode in CNC program,operation and maintenance fails to meet the need of society.As a result,to explore and try new teaching methods have become more important for vocational colleges.Based on the present state of CNC technology teaching and according to the knowledge and practice of CNC simulation software acquired during the process of teaching,this article presents a new teaching method in combination of theory,simulation and training practice.Besides,it also discusses the role of simulation software in CNC technology teaching for vocational colleges.
